Bergenbier are un nou proprietar

WSJ anunta ca Anheuser-BuschInBev (producatorul berilor Becks, Stella Artois, Bergenbier) isi va vinde operatiunile din Europa Central si de Est fondului de investitii CVC Capital Partners pentru $1.62 miliarde  in cash, plus actiuni care duc valoarea tranzactiei la $2.23 miliarde.  Este vorba de operatiunile din Bosnia, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cehia, Ungaria, Muntenegru, Romania, Serbia si Slovacia.

CVC Capital Partners for $1.62 billion in cash, plus bonds and minority shares that bring the value of the deal to $2.23 billion.
The operations include regional beer brands and a few more well-known ones, such as Staropramen. AB InBev stands to make as much as $800 million on CVC’s return on its initial investment.
The operations being sold are located in Bosnia-Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Hungary, Montenegro, Romania, Serbia and Slovakia.
